| Scanning of yolk The new OvoPro yolk scanner technology with patented software provides a new tool for plant management and guarantees the production of the cleanest egg whites possible. It detects yolk of any colour without adjustments, measures the yolk stain and allows management to determine the size of stain that triggers the smart cup wash and immediately triggers the actuator for clean whites. This eliminates contamination from yolks dripping into the albumen after detection. The system interface provides information on total broken eggs, percent of broken yolks and the performance of each cracker. It records if a specific cracking head is producing excessive whole egg or if it is not breaking the eggs which help manage machine performance and increased yields. | ![]() |
| Cleaning of Albumen The New Albumen Cleaning System automatically removes un-dissolved egg yolk from the egg whites. With the latest vision technology and a multiple radial valve assembly the system detects and removes yolk spots from the egg white stream up to 180,000 eggs per hour. It will help produce consistently high quality egg whites while reducing whole egg and labor. A simple installation requires only an electrical connection and compressed air. | ![]() |
