Plant-in-a-Box
Plant-in-a-Box is a revolutionary turnkey egg breaking plant completely installed and operational in a 40 foot shipping container modified to meet all sanitary standards. OvoPro offers two different machine capacities that break, filter, pasteurize and pack from 5,000 to 36,000 eggs per hour. These pre-manufactured breaking plants have the capacity to produce 900 or 1,800 liters of whole egg per hour and are ready to operate within hours of arrival. The Plant in a Box has been designed to help companies enter the further processing industry. This portable breaking plant can be easily relocated as markets change.

Cleaning In Place
Automatic Clean In Place (CIP) systems are available in different configurations. From 1 to a 4 tank configuration. These configurations are designed for maximum cleaning efficiency with the lowest water and chemical usage. The Single tank system offers an economical alternative that allows small egg processing plants the safety and security of more complex systems. This system includes a PLC to control cycles and timers and an optional chart recorder to provide records for HACCP based operation. If desired, records can be electronically stored with optional software. All our automatic CIP systems incorporate the latest food safety technology and are designed to maximize cleaning at minimum cost. The systems incorporate conductivity sensors for accurate chemical control, RTD sensors and independent temperature control loop, chemical injection pumps and at the center a high capacity/ high efficiency stainless steel centrifugal pump. A CIP loop will be discontinued if minimum temperature of chemical concentrations is not achieved. |  |
